Building self-confidence is like building your fitness at the gym. We all have self-confidence, but it comes and goes depending upon the circumstances – including how we feel.
In general, we feel more confident when we’re in our Comfort Zone. When we’re outside our Comfort Zone our self-confidence is more fragile.
How This Kit Works
Build self-confidence by following the exercises in the kit which will to help you assess your current Comfort Zone (fitness level) and take steps to expand it. The exercises are based upon Jacqui Alder’s Situational Self-confidence Model©. They can be used for any circumstance you choose and reused as often as you like.
